Another comfortable homey looking tiny home. I like the real couch.
I like the staircase location in this particular home, not being in the living room. Bathroom looks like comfortable sized room. Lots of kitchen space. I haven’t spotted the ladder for the storage loft yet.
Being an oldie now, I would install a stair railing and a bedroom railing. Looks like a 1st class home I could park my guitar in too!
250 sq ft, is that counting the lofts? Or is this home an 8 by 31+ or an 8 1/2 by 30′ roughly?
Thank you for sharing this nice home.

On a trailer, our crew could do a dual side-door design… giving a sense of visual openness. It could access both the kitchen at one end, and a bedroom at the other end. Sitting area could be immediately opposite and around the opposing doors.

An end-door design allows a sitting area walk-through to an opposite end kitchen, but usually requires another level for a sleeping area.

What do the fung shui people say?

I loved the whole plan and liked the use of real pieces of furniture that provides nice storage in the loft.

Love this floor plan! Much prefer the stairs.
    Well done.
