From the Builder:

List price $32,128.00

This unit features: Top choice lumber; The landing are both framed with 2×6 cedar with clear pine sheathing finished with a sander sealer to protect the wood and still let the natural grain show through; Cedar Siding all pre stained before installation with 2 coats of Cetol By Sikkens, the best exterior finish available; 4 Large corbels also made out of cedar.

This unit features 10 top quality Marvin Integrity windows — One of Marvin window’s newest releases. These windows have a fiberglass clad exterior and a clear all wood stain grade interior, 6 of which are crank out awning-style windows that can be opened on those rainy evenings to circulate the fresh air without worry of water entering the home.

The 2 larger windows are a massive 4’ wide by 6’ tall that really give you that feeling of being out doors. All of the windows are dual pane Lowe – E Insulated glass.

The doors are both high impact fiberglass with oiled bronze hardware, dead bolts included, all keyed alike.

The red entry fiberglass door has a ¾ glass panel and a single lower raised panel hand brush painted to help give that old world feel.

The bronze 2 panel fiberglass door is what we call the utility closet, this is where we would possibly install our electrical panel and possibly our batteries and charge controller if the home was to be wired for solar power ( An off grid unit ) along with other storage items as well.

The roof is a standing seem metal that will last a life time. The roof also features 2 V-Lux sky lights centered over each loft.

This unit was designed with tall people in mind. We consider this unit to be a park model, something to set up at your favorite vacation spot.

Due to the height restrictions, when towing this unit you will need to pull a permit, which is a minor inconvenience for the loft space and head room you will have once settled.

This unit can be set up as an RV with connections for provided power and water supply or an actual off grid Tiny Home with solar power and water storage all operating off the 12 volt solar system, all depending on the purchasers budget, needs and or desires.
