Wow! This is a one-of-a-kind design-build from Escape specifically for their Escape Tampa Tiny House Village expansion. Inspired by mid-century architecture, this gorgeous tiny house is all one floor and features 30 feet of glass walls.

Inside you’ll find custom-made maple cabinets, and a guest bath in addition to the ensuite 3/4 bathroom off the Master Bedroom. There’s even enough room in the living space for a full-size sectional. The unique build will be placed at the Escape Tampa Village. The price for the home and lot is still to be announced. Super cute! I would definitely live in this! And the sectional could definitely have a fold-out/jackknife bed for guests

      Jackknife bed? Sounds painful.

I would replace the glass kitchen table with a glass topped “floating island” on casters, possibly counter height with cafe high chairs that fold and could be slipped away when the guests weren’t around

This hits all my buttons for parts and pieces, about 70% too much glass wall unless you have North Facing View… But I love the high clerestory windows and full size W/D. Square footage number would have been nice as well as Coffered ceilings. Maybe some options for cost cutting(lessor quality woodwork) or appliance packages as well as A/C…The upper shelving and storage are a plus a well as leaving some wall space for art…KUDOS and time to move on to lessor expensive Park Model application…I have this French Country deign I have been perfecting…

It is definitely a very clean look, and something I would definitely gravitate towards vs. the others.
Although, I could’ve definitely loved to have seen a photo of the outside, that would help a lot and am surprised no photo of the outside is included, just one would’ve definitely help to get people to decide.
One outside photo would answer many questions.

In his email to us he said more pictures would be coming, so hopefully we can add an exterior shot soon. That said, they’re only building one of these and putting it in their tiny house village, so it won’t be readily available to the public.

Absolutely love this in every way! Could totally live happily ever after in this model. Just have a couple of minor teaks particular to me, but other than that – perfect!

Would love to see the outside as well…mid century modern starts from the outside. Love the inside, minus some of the glass. I never understood why you would put a glass door on a bathroom, directly in front of the toilet! Different strokes I guess.

If you watch the video he shows a bit of the exterior, but not a full picture, which would be nice to see. And we once lived in an apartment with a glass door on the bathroom…it was fine for my husband and I but I hated having guests over and asking them to use it!

Love this one! Lots of light from all the windows and a KING size bed.

This is probably the best tiny house I have seen to date. You need to make this a production model (this one, not a smaller version).

I love this house. Period. …….and hardly ¨tiny……. my wife and I live in 700 square feet very comfortably on a hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Mexico. PLEASE give thought to producing this house. How do we get to talk with the Escape team?
