MyKabin Cascade Traditional Model: 340 Sq. Ft.

Meet MyKabin — a DADU/ADU-building company that serves the greater Seattle area by creating backyard homes AND doing all the legwork of permitting and sitework! Everything will be done to code, and there are no hidden costs. Hopefully entrepreneurs could learn from this model and provide a similar service all over the United States!

MyKabin has a number of models, from their smallest Kabin to a two-bedroom, two-story Kabin. The one pictured below is their 340 sq. ft. model, called the “Cascade.” It features a studio-style layout, complete with a full kitchen and a bathroom.

    This is nice. I love the bright and airy space. It dosnt feel claustrphobic like other tiny homes.

      I think it’s so helpful that it doesn’t have to fit within an 8-10 foot width. It makes a huge difference in not making things feel too tight.

    I really like this one. The laundry area and closet space is wonderful.

    I know it is merely personal preference but, I am more a “couch” eater than a “table” eater so I would choose like a recliner/love seat over table; again, that is more ME than others. Whatever floats your boat ⚓️ But I could be happy there!
