Very nice layout , But I didn’t see one closet anywhere,in this place. Where is one expected to hang clothes and put other things in ie broom, mop vacuum cleaner etc.?
Look at what’s between the kitchen and the couch…
Love this home except for two things. 1) The toilet 2) I don’t like the sink in the corner it should be where the window is instead of drawers.
When you say something is for sale, you should include the asking price.

Really nice livable house for one or two. Obviously one of the persons now occupying it is an audiophile! That loft would work for guest space, or an office. Both lofts need railings for my peace of mind! I love that there is room for such a large fridge, and a W/D, and what appears to be a good size closet. Nicely planned. How long is it? I can’t see the number of axels you have, so no good guesses on the length….26’? Price?

Kathy Marshall. i see that “Dick” below commented that it is listed on the builder’s website at $80,000, and his guess on the length was also 26’.
The house is listed for $80,000 on the Tiny Builders site. Nothing there about length, but I’d tend to agree with Kathy–26′.
And I wonder if that closet is more of a pantry…
Dick – have a relook at the 3rd, 4th, and 5th pics shooting into the kitchen. the closet I am thinking of is on the left side, almost opposite the W/D. It could be camera exaggeration, but it appears to be sections in a floor to ceiling configuration, that looks to me to be at least 2 1/2’ wide.
It looks ok. But harder to sell without the price and size. Also does the stuff in it come with it for the price??. If it is $80,000. Is that a doggie door by the front door?
