I don’t see this as a permanent (or even semipermanent) living space. It is, however, an incredible camping or holiday option. It’s absolutely beautiful and seems to be super-practical. I’d definitely consider using it as an Airbnb.

    Well done!

Holly you are right 🙂 These customers wanted something they could travel and stay in for a month or two but not live full time in.

Since I drive a real school bus, I think most schoolies are tacky, especially since so many that I have seen are poorly done and um, well, tacky! But this one has a very tastefully done interior and looks quite comfortable. I especially like this bathroom. Spruce up the exterior a bit, remove the stop sign, add some tint to windows and install a nice set of aluminum wheels, it would make a great weekend camping bus. For those of you that have never driven a school bus before, be advised that school buses were built to do short local runs so a long cross country trip can be miserable, believe me, I’ve done it!

That’s something I never thought about Michael — the cross-country part of it. I suppose short jaunts that make up a loooong trip might be the way to go.
