Great architecture and all, but, let’s discuss reality. Too funny, people would like this. Where would u put ur clothes? Even with 3 jeans, 5 shirts, 2 shoes, there are NO closets. Surely you would need a broom, mop, vacuum, gun, shovel, boots, jacket, etc out in the woods….maybe this is just a hit n run stay or a treehouse in ur backyard. IDK…for me, it’s a waste of 300K; but, one could rent it out on AirBnb!

If you watch the video, it looks like there is a closet in the back room (with the cushions on the floor). Not a lot of storage long-term, but that would be an amazing place to stay for a weekend!

The space by the window works well but everything else is a waste of space.
The kitchen island needs to be against the wall/s to open up all that space.
The rest wastes a lot of space too as too much hallway, way too large bath again should be on one side with closet/storage on the other as little of that..

I love living in big cities, because I like to browse among people: visiting Art Galleries, attending Libraries,…etc. etc. Living outside the city I consider it only as, brackets a “Holiday Break” nothing more. I like this project because the view is perfectly visible on a ” giant screen” in all the front and back areas is a magnificent loft where you can take “refuge” when you want… It is an Incredible Technical/Formal Development

With its elevated platform construction, this “treehouse” might also work as a shore dwelling or in a flood-prone area. BTW, it needs window coverings and some real furniture. And the way the rooms were photographed, it was difficult to get a “real world” view.
