I used to be head photographer for Austin Homes & Gardens and I like the clean lines you have in your design but strongly suggest you find a free lance decorator to come out and help you do pictures. Get the bath mat off the shower door, put something interesting on the desk, and a bigger colorful lamp next to the bed. Neat concept!

and de-clutter kitchen counters. It looks like there isn’t enough room.

Thumbs UP for the usable kitchen. As a retired restaurant owner, I cherish counter space on both sides of the sink and both sides of the range. Let’s get to cooking!

Me too!! Over the years I have been looking for a very small apartment or efficiency. I have rejected them time and time again because they don’t have counter space on both sides of the sink and stove. I don’t even cook all that much but it drives me crazy!

Can you share cost to build? I love this plan.

Ummmm Just where would there be space to instal a washer ‘n dryer? stackable,…or single machine combo?

I would rather own this than live in an efficiency apartment. Might just be all someone needs. Should be simple to find anyone to prefab it.

A very cubic looking exterior, is no hint to it’s well appointed interior, with refreshing modernized use of it’s space…! I especially love it’s roof line of windows, giving it’s interior a whole new look to this kind of structure’s appearance…

I’m loving that roofline as well. So much light from all around 3 sides. Keeps the lighting bill down. It must be a Tardis design, looks larger on the inside.
