This is a window-filled modern tiny cabin on wheels by Tiny Heirloom.

Outside, you’ll notice muted orange clapboards against a bright blue door. An exposed deck comes off the front of the house with access via sliders.

When you go inside, you’ll feel warm and cozy because of the dark colors. The kitchen is just opposite of the sliders and includes steel blue cabinets and a unique under-cabinet window to allow natural light into the space. In the bathroom you’ll find a cool metal wash-basin tub. Unlike many tiny trailers, this one has sleeping for up to four, with floating bunks and loft bedroom with a queen bed.

Love this house! Are the plans available for it?

No doubt, this company does some fantastic work. Every home they do seems to be first class. Of course like everything in life, you can expect to pay a little more for quality. After seeing several of their tv programs and several homes featured here, I’ve decided that this is who I’d like to work with on my home. They take it from being a tiny house to a tiny home!

In my experience you can expect to pay a LOT more for quality. Having said that one never regrets buying quality, merely the price.

Agree with your comment. I’m not after a tiny house… I’m after a tiny home… big difference.

I actually own this tiny house. It was 117k and I told myself that I wouldn’t regret buying quality either. But I did. It’s a 117k pretty paperweight – haven’t slept in it one night. Total nightmare, builder is awful.

Kate, You really need to say more for anyone to take you seriously. The question has been asked by Karen Marshall, ” I suppose I just don’t understand why you feel it is not “functional”. It appears you have all, and more than what you would need for this cute home to be functional so what is bothering you Kate?”

I too find myself wondering why you have not slept in it once and just what it is that is not functional. This appears to not only look darling, but also to have been supplied with the best of the best as far as appliances, cabinetry, etc.

So, I ask, what is not functional about it? Why did you not spend at least one night in it?

This THOW appeals greatly to me and if it is as bad as you state, you really should inform the reader as to why so we can be informed.

          Thanks,
          Babs

I really like the layout of this THOW, however, I am not a fan of having the stove right next to the sink.

I’m curious how toy move the deck, does it attach to part of the trailer somehow when traveling?
other than that, I love this space. a little big for my taste, but that tub is amazing!
