No thank you. Too cold. Too sterile, and I don’t like dead animal skins for decorations… (Yuk.)
This is fine for some kind of office building, but you’d have to be pretty cold to warm up to a place like this as a home.

I love it. I’m not a fan of animal parts as decor either, however I only see one animal skin in the photos, and there’s NO way to ascertain whether it’s real or faux. Yes, this floating home is quite modern and streamlined, but to me it’s beautiful, simple, clean, and elegant. The simplicity of the architecture allows the REAL show – the lake – to shine.

Ludicrous price… the world is full of Gordon Gecko wannabes. The mantra of greed is good is apparently still alive and well.

But… that aside, no thanks, one storm and instant seasickness… flat bottomed barges, as this certainly appears to be wobble like crazy. Now in a storm put that wobbliness on steroids. Yup, not nice at all.

Ludicrous? Not really, building and maintaining a home on water is hardly the cheapest place you could put a home… You need higher quality materials that need to be able to handle the environment and it requires more maintenance over time.

Location is also always a factor… Things like what views you have, what you can do there, what’s nearby, etc. all effect demand and thus the price…

Add the amenities and services that includes Breakfast, Bottle of wine, Dinner, Massage services, Boat rental, etc.

After all, there’s a reason it’s called a villa and you would be getting quite a bit more than just a place to sleep the night over there…
