    Nice place!
    I’ve always like Kanga’s designs.
They always seem to design place that can be lived in, not just visited.
Someone did a great job with the interior, too. I wonder what that shade of blue is called? It’s very nice.

I think the lighter blue is called “Ocean” and the darker blue is called “Federalist” depending upon the paint manufacturer and the dates of production.

Kanga does do some very nice design work and this is a great example of their work. Almost everything they have is so attractive and livable. I always look forward to their designs on this site.

Are there any plans for this one. It is just perfect in size.

I love how light and bright it is. It doesn’t seem tiny at all. I’ve clued into the more outside light comes inside and the lighter the walls the bigger the tiny house seems. I like this a lot.

Very nice layout and I’ll be the Debby Downer here. The space would be much more functional if they would have made the bath against the back wall opening up the space for a sitting area and using a Murphy bed-over-couch combo, like some campers have, to maximize the actual living area. This would leave ample space for the desk and chair too. A huge bath is a waste of precious space in a tiny place. Just my opinion. I do love the colors though! ☆☆☆

Its fine for what it is, an airbnb space, not full time living. The needs are different. No point in having a murphy bed in a hotel room. the chair and desk are fine for what they are. The deck is really nice. Advertising a nice size bath is a plus when renting it out as a hotel room.
I have to say, however, that bed looks cramped with only one end table, and it looks like it could use a few more windows and still retain privacy.

I still feel valid in my statement. Even in a hotel, you have a sitting area. And having it double as Murphy over sofa would be a grand idea. A lot of people want to rent a tiny house to give them an idea of what it’s like to live in this kind of space. Having a huge full size piece of furniture in a tiny house just makes NO sense to me at all. There’s not even storage space or a small closet (maybe with built in drawers) for your clothing if you want to stay a few days. A nice sized bath could have been laid out in the back, freeing up more usable space. Everyone has their own opinion.

For long term use I agree space could be used better…:)

I like that the bedroom isn’t a loft. I would like to put up a tiny house for retirement so don’t know if climbing up to a loft every night would be in the cards.

I like these square houses. Alot more opens space than a rectangle 8×20.
Still, the bath could be more economical by making it an efficiency bath.

Very well planned space. Comfortable for full time living.

Love the under access idea! It would be great to be able to utilize the under part of a home, it’s always so much wasted space it seems. Could use it for storage and food cellar and access for repairs all that stuff. God bless and happy trails!

Yes to the ideas about an efficiency bathroom and a Murphy bed. The contrast of colors, that turquoise against the warmth of the wood is beautiful.
