Wow…someone really thought of it all. Not normally fond of the modern look, but this unit has so much personality and floor space, that it gets my thumbs up! Curious to know the price. It is an excellent small trailer, and one that needs no apology. Kudos.
It’s selling for $43,200.
I am not crazy about the loft bed. Too congested with no escape hatch in case of an emergency At least a window would be appropriate to use as an escape.
A window would definitely be a good addition.
Nice example of tiny. Would be great for use as a secondary vacation home or camper. Someone needs to market a hinged or pop top, assembled after transport, for a real loft area.
Those exist but they have their down sides…
Namely, higher costs, more long term maintenance and/or more physical labor, or issues with weather proofing and insulating enough to handle extreme climates…
Some do go modular, like either a modular house construction or alternatives like those who may stack containers to create additional floors but those typically need to be on foundations and that imposes local building code requirements, cost of a crane, permitting, site prep, impact fees, etc.
Basically, generally easier to just not put the loft over something that needs standing height… Like putting the loft over a storage area, etc. that then lets you give the majority headroom to the loft to give it standing height space or do that for a walk way that can be next to the loft and then treat the loft as the bunk bed space. So you can stand next to it and getting in and out would be more like getting in and out of a regular bed… Or go with a larger or longer THOW that then can just have a bedroom on the main level and lofts can just be for storage or guest space…
