If there were a toilet it would be perfect. I love this space and how many things you can do with it.

Agreed, suzanne, – especially for visiting clients, drummers, managers, etc. So no one needs to track into living quarters.

This gives me an idea to start a mobile business to keep overhead low. No building rent, and up here in Washington State espresso stands are the big thing. However, every one I have seen so far are stationary. This little building could be a great mobile coffee stand, that could serve stadiums, events, concerts, state fairs, and between those things, just go where business could potentially be good.

Other ideas would be a mobile dog grooming center, massage parlour (like pictured), natural food store, etc.

Love the space and the inclusion of the little sink and cooler. As someone pointed out, it DOES lack a bathroom, which could be an issue. I also wonder if the “no permits needed” line would hold up everywhere…. Finding a place to park your tiny [whatever] seems to be an issue in many places these days. I do love the design and flexibility of the space, though. Very cool.

Many possibilities for this. I like the simplicity.

    I like…a portable seclusion area.

You have a number of options for bodily waste dispatch if you’re willing to think outside-the-box:
    1. Bucket
    2. Nearby tree or bush
    3. Composting toilet
    4. Incinolet toilet (burns the waste using electricity)
    5. Portable toilet (Thetford cassette toilet)
