Mark your calendars! There’s another open house for The Oaks Escape Tampa Bay village on Saturday, May 20th from 9 am -12pm. Below are some of the latest pictures of a few available units.

All new landscaping is completed and all the units are now in place around the central park. Pricing starts at under $100,000 and lot rent is between $574-$725/month. You can see the available units and take a virtual tour of them here.

We are in the final stage of finishing The Oaks. The property is private and gated for security with all new infrastructure, including fiber optic cable for high speed internet and all underground utilities. Specially selected Escape units have been installed in The Oaks…just roll down to see what is available. Please click here for more information about purchasing a unit. All tours are on open house days only…next open house will be on Saturday May 20th from 9a-12p. Please no pets or children at the open house. For owners, long term rentals only of more than 9 months for their units, we can help. No short term Airbnb rentals.
