One of our longtime readers, Marsha, has owned a number of tiny homes, including a bus! Most recently, she renovated an 8×8 shed on her son’s property and turned it into a lovely little home — but she is ready to start traveling again and wants to do some renovation work on her bus home and hit the road. So her shed is for sale!

The beautiful little home has a recently renovated kitchen area, and a twin bed that doubles as the couch. It will need to be transported via truck to a new home, and she’s asking $6,500. Check it out below!

Awesome Tiny Home for $6.5K

Here’s the lovely kitchen space.

Corner cabinets are a great way to use space in a tiny home.

The fan keeps everything cool.

There’s a great little sink.

Some higher-up shelving is handy.

Nothing like twinkle lights to set the mood.

A little side table.

Cozy couch area.

Another look at the bedroom nook.

Heading outside.

The double doors are nice.

More shelving.

Room under the bed for clothing storage.

There are windows here.

I like the little awning over the windows.

A nice tin roof.

What a great home!

Thanks, Alex! I actually changed the price on Craigslist to $5500 to help offset the cost of hauling, but depending on how far you have to haul, it should not cost a lot.

Marsha, you are a hoot! I respect your energy and adventuresome spirit. And south of Thomasville? I nearly dropped my phone. I thought you were further west. Greensboro was home for the first half of my life; eastern part of the state for the next half. If you travel this way, I’d love to have coffee. Best wishes for this next adventure.

Supersmart use of space. Shows great re-use of a prebuilt shed for one person. Could easily add a small lean-to for a flusher and shower. West Ohio is a bit of a hike; still good ideas.
