Luxury Ocean Studios for Dillon Beach Resort

While tiny houses are great spaces to live in, they’re also the perfect vacation option, allowing more privacy and versatility than a hotel room. That’s why Dillon Beach Resort ordered three awesome studios from Tru Form Tiny to add to their resort.

Each of the homes has the same layout, with a living room at one end with a pull-out bed, a kitchen space in the middle and a little bathroom at the end. To differentiate the models, the client chose unique tiles and color schemes. So lovely!

Three Stylish Studios For Tiny Vacationers

I’m in love with these honeycomb tiles!

Just enough dishes for some easy meals.

There’s a little two-burner cooktop.

In the other model, you can see it with the couch in bed mode.

Big corner windows look into the living room.

The three tinies are lined up around a fire pit.

A little awning protects you from the elements.

Here’s the living room in couch mode.

This model has marble-esque honeycomb tiles.

There’s a compact bathroom in the back.

Cute little round table for breakfast.

The third model has a nifty triangle backsplash.

Does anybody know if the awning folds down for travelling, or does it need to come off completely and stored inside while on the move?

I like it of course not for permanent living but for travel it has the right size, sufficient ground clearance and the essentials needed.
However, the awning needs to be designed for travel mode without taking it off and the huge windows needs some blinds. I would prefer horizontal ones between the glass, no additional space and cleaning needed.
    Otherwise close to perfect.

Well I hope they customize . I don’t like the windows they have, the tile, and black fixtures. What is the price for one of these?

If you order one to be built by them, yes, they’re a custom builder…
