This house looks very nicely made, but being a poor person, Its not my idea of “luxury” luxury for me means unique, custom features. Or using vintage, heirloom pieces. custom wooden windows, etc. I see too much Ikea to call it “luxury”.

I agree. This is just a clean, empty, standard tiny house. It is nice, but not luxury. Using a movable ladder to access loft automatically makes it standard tiny house. Nice, but not luxury.

Does the glass door for the shower open all the way? Is it a problem opening and hitting the sink.( glass on glass). Lots of counter space and full sized appliances in a tiny home is “Lux”. Where’s the storage? This would add value for me if some cleaver storage was worked out- otherwise it’s a hotel room.

Looks well built. But look how misleading the second bathroom photo is. Makes the sink and window look huge. This just shows that many of the photos on this (or any) site can’t be trusted. Don’t order these homes from pictures!

interested what your roof pitch is?
    Would a radius roof work.
    I really like the openess!

I would get rid of the French doors, swing the couch around ditch the window and throw a big ass flat screen . In there!!

In several pictures, we noticed the openness created by the lack of cabinets at eye-level. Thumbs up.

I love when they stick luxury on the labeling of these tiny houses… It’s going to probably cost you an extra 20 or 30 k just because of the wording… But we have seen a few tiny houses in this news letter only they looked a bit better I would say, and most importantly a lot cheaper in cost….!
