Luxury 18 Ft Tiny Haven Home in Tennessee: $59K

This post contains affiliate links.

This 18 ft. THOW was built by Tiny Haven Spaces in middle Tennessee. The company builds tiny homes as well as tiny play spaces (think an A-frame “fort” for kids and other structures). This traditional-style THOW is selling for $59,000 and comes partially furnished.

It has that classic farmhouse-vibe with white shiplap inside and out, metal roofing, bamboo butcher block and gold accents. There’s a neat flip-down table/desk, and a queen-sized loft bedroom accessible via wooden ladder. The second loft is for storage, and there’s a mini deck out the front door.

I must say I do really like this little THOW, but 18’ is not even big enough for a vacation rental. The sleeping loft is Ok, the bathroom is OK, even the kitchen, as limited as it is, is almost OK. But there is zero room for even a single suitcase to be out of the way, or a closet or drawers/shelves for folding clothing. And only two main floor seats. However as a single person, I could live there with shelves in the loft (for MY clothing). I love the Country cottage look, inside and out. Very attractive and bright.

It actually has a Large downstairs closet and a wall of storage shelves between the kitchen and bathroom… Plus all that space between the closet and the ladder for adding something else… The couch also has space you can use for storage beneath it, and there’s the storage loft… Main loft is also big enough to fit more than just a bed…

May still not be enough for some but you can definitely fit some luggage in there…
