We are selling our custom built 251 square foot tiny house. It features an on-demand hot water heater, water tank, water pump, 12 volt/120, power inverter with gel ace batteries, refrigerator freezer, gas stove, propane back up heat, wood stove (special order from England), 3 1/2 inches of spray foam from floor to ceiling. House is designed to plug in, or go off grid. The house is easily cooled, and heated in harsh Minnesota weather. The tiny house sits on two 8,000 lb axles, with 8 bolt tires, which is overcompensated for the load it carries.

The interior of the house features abundance of storage, every nook and cranny is cleverly used as storage. House features high end custom built pine cabinets along with a custom staircase, with loads of storage built in. There are two lofts, both big enough for sleeping, along with a custom design fold out sofa bed. The interior is all tongue and groove pine finished with uv protection. Plentiful windows and high ceiling, making the space feel large. Lighting is well designed into the house. We have spent three winters in our house and loved every minute of tiny living, we have started a new chapter in our lives and would like to give a tiny opportunity to the next adventures spirit.     I absolutely love the barn feel and the loft. The wood they used in the kitchen is wonderful. This is pretty much my taste, and the fact that it’s from Minnesota is just another added bonus (said the Minnesotan). 🙂 🙂 Now to just find Foley on the map!

    Hooray for the gambrel roof! An obvious choice for more headspace in the loft. Lots of great woodwork and storage in this THOW. The whole space looks very homey and well loved.
