Where to start? The bathroom is superb. The living area is the best I’ve seen yet for beauty and function and warmth. That little eating nook adds so much living space that is not shut off from the sofa crowd. The loft is lovely and the kitchen is very pretty and functional. I love the exterior, and the foyer is unique. This is a truly lovely home.

This lovely tiny is unique and beautiful! Can’t think of anything I would change that would cost that much — love the reading nook, the one dark wood wall, the soaking tub and of course the Copper pulls!!
    This one is a winner!!

    $169,500 o-u-c-h.
Yeah, it’s nice, but that price cuts out a whole segment of the market.

2 things I don’t like… the dark, dark seating area. Personal preference. The floor is ok though.

Also, the hexagonal tiles on the floorboards. Somebody, sometime will trip over them. And do themselves an injury.

The tiles are not on the floorboards, it’s a precisely cut out transition with 10″ white cement hexagon in spillway design. So they’re flush with the floorboards and thus nothing to trip over…

Sorry James, but I dispute that. On the 2nd photo it plainly shows that the tiles are on top, and therefore a tripping hazard. There is another picture further down which shows another view, but it too shows, albeit not so clearly, as sitting proud, and therefore a tripping hazard.

Sorry but no, you’re mistaken. you’re probably being confused by the grout lines but make no mistake that the tiles are not on top of the floor boards. Both the flooring and the tiles are only on top of the sub-floor.

        • Eric
          July 7, 2022, 1:44 am

OK, be pedantic, the subfloor holds the floor and the hexagonal tiles are laid on top of the floor.

Nope, the tiles are not on top of anything but the sub-floor. It’s just the tile floor and the wood floor, cut so they butt right next to each other and that’s it! You absolutely do not install the tile on top of the wood floor for this design!

Ok, the flooring is very nicely done. No one would take the care and time to do that and lay one floor on top another. The two floors are flush or extremely close. Tile is not on top.

This home is outstanding. The white and copper is striking. Well done!

Georgous! So many great finishes (like the already mentioned cool copper pulls) that I am sure no one needs them pointed out! Everything I could want in a totally livable tiny house, except alas the pricetag. Don’t misunderstand me though — I know those many wonderful fixtures and finishes don’t come cheaply, nor do the hands that created it. I can love it from afar though.

Darling but still needs more seating in a large living room and more headspace upstairs. I would love to see this stretched to 36 ft.

Wow, beautiful. I think I would take it to a couple different places. Tennessee, Florida.

It is so beautiful and expensive but that flooring is ugly to me. Pick a floor and go with it, but that might just might be my personal taste.

    • James D.
      July 24, 2022, 12:36 am

They actually did just pick a floor, it’s just a custom stylistic transition between the Bathroom, which is tiled, and rest of the home, which is Solid dark stained hickory floors in main floor and loft…

Love the look and style. That said could only afford it with a lot of things taken out. Like the washer dryer combo for stackable washer and dryer. The bedroom windows don’t open for that cross breeze at night. Change out the hickory floors and quartz counters. Then the copper hardware for cheaper hardware. Unique fridge and freezer, back splash for cheaper, window package for reclaimed windows.Propane for solar yes that would be more but less in the long run. It’s expensive to me, and I think it is beautiful and if someone can afford to buy it I’m all for that. In our current inflation it is not realistic to me to spend that much money or if you can get a loan at 5.3% then you of course buy it. Its beautiful.
