Two-Bedroom Tiny House With Over 400-sq.-ft. of space… The Lillooet 31-ft. Tiny House by West Coast Outbuildings

The sliding doors take you into the living room.

The awesome kitchen is sleek and modern with full-size appliances.

Enjoy the sectional sofa and kick up your feet!

Handy pull-out/fold-up table right here!

Lots of light and windows make the same seem even bigger!

What we are all looking for: Hanging storage!

Love the privacy walls for the lofts (and that fan).

Oodles of storage in these staircases with drawers.

Refrigerator will have plenty of room. I like the closed cabinets too.

Aw look! A place for the family’s little pug.

Bright and spacious bathroom with pocket door.

Another view of the awesome storage stairs.

Great idea to add a shelf over the cabinets for those “rarely need” items.

What do you think of the flooring in this house?

The lofts look spacious and bright with the shed roof.

Queen-sized bed for relaxing. Perfect!

Other loft bedroom is just as nice!

There’s the spot for your washer/dryer combo.

Those tiles are stunning and I love the rainfall shower head.

Simple and modern exterior with access to the utilities from the back.

Window on the back of this three-axle 31′ trailer.

This house has most of what I want or at least the start of it. Has home automation but not much. The system they have is compatible with the CastleOS system so just have to add the operating system and expand it. They even have most of the appliances that I like. Just needs solar for off grid. I would change a few minors like the roof to a gable type roof to get that peak in the center with the solar. few other minor things.

Curious about the 2 doors in the back. What is behind them? Also, I always am surprised not to see a gutter on the low side of tiny house shed roofs. It seems a perfect place to collect rainwater. This is a really beautiful house and setup. I especially like the size of the bathroom and living area. Oh, another thing. In general with tiny houses, couldn’t the ceiling in the areas beneath the loft come down about a foot to give more room to the loft spaces?

The doors lead to utilities I believe 🙂 Gutters to collect rainwater would be great, and you could certainly ask your builder to do a lower roof in the living room to allow more space for the loft 🙂

It’s not called a hot water heater but just water heater. Everyone makes this mistake. I did too until my son became a plumber. He told me it’s not hot until you heat it.
