I like that they shared the floor plans. The photos aren’t very flattering–maybe better lighting or a bit of staging would make it more appealing. Interesting that they haven’t installed a kitchen sink (perhaps so the buyer can choose exactly what they want?).
Maybe, or it was a order that was cancelled at the last minute and so it’s just not finished… In either case the new owner is free to adjust that as they wish…
Note, the floor plans show both a sink and a range… So it’s definitely supposed to be there. So should at least already be plumbed…
so which is lighter, this steel stud construction or fibreglass/styrofoam SIPS?
