This company just does the same thing over and over again AND there isn’t enough kitchen counter space. They have a good idea but this won’t work for anything but airbnb or vacation home. Not practical for everyday living. Its a quality built tiny yes but I wish they would change something up.

Well, what’s practical will vary upon the person and their needs. Some need a lot more and others can need very little. So it’s not something everyone will agree on but there are people who full time with kitchens this small, it’s just not for everyone…

While this company does primarily produce standard models, they do have variations of their layouts and multiple models series to choose from, along with a few custom model series that you can specialty order from them… They’ve even done a container version of this model… So they do change it up, but it’s something you have to specifically look for from them… Like almost several years ago Untuckit used this model for a mobile store front that they toured the country with and they’ve even done at least one manufactured house… So they can cover a wide range, it’s just not their primary market…

While this company actually started with producing cabin like Park Models and it’s more that they expanded into the Tiny house market… So a lot of their business model is still based on the RV market…

It would be much better with a shower instead of a tub.

It certainly looks like quality workmanship and I like the materials, too. I think I could live in this with just a couple of changes. I agree that the kitchen counter space is sparse but that flip-up table adds to the workspace. I would replace the double bed with a daybed so it would function very well as both a living room and a bedroom. Just remove some pillows and voila, you are ready for bed! The tub/shower is nice and big and even though I mostly take showers, having the option of a nice hot bath if I am feeling achy seems like a nice option. It is nice and compact so would fit in someone’s backyard easily to use as a mother-in-law cottage. Not sure about other States but California is loosening up regulations regarding ADU’s to help ease the housing crisis as well as help senior citizens have some independence while having family close in case they need help. Win-win. This particular THOW might need some tweaking but how nice that if you are having one built just for you, there are options so you can customize to suit your own needs so if you don’t like what you see, it’s no problem.
