Nice home. I like the whole “Beach” motif. Inventive! =)
I like the little caboose (“lifeguard stand”) on the back of the unit.
Its a nice look. Hints at a bit of “Craftsman styling”.

A few versions of this have been made. The original was built by Upper Valley Tiny Homes and it was one of Tiny Siesta’s first rental units but that builder went out of business and sold off their designs, which I think Tiny Siesta’s owner has the rights to as every version I’ve seen since then has been linked to them…

Being a closet Parrot Head I was hoping for a little more crustiness. I am thinking a light lime green interior wall treatment and some Palm Frond ceilings would help tremendously or ceiling Mural. The real the draw is that front porch as the inside is a bit too sterile for my tastes. This might work a LO better with some sort of slide there on the sofa area…Maybe a push out window seat system. These types of options lend a lot of credence to innovation in what builders can produce. I am hoping soon there will be Hemp SIPS available that can have cast in fish scale surfaces molded right into the panels. Can you imagine a Baroque Tiny House or even and Art Deco? Hemp innovation will bring a great renaissance to an already blossoming firld IMHO.

Tiny House Siesta is basically a tiny house hotel in the Siesta Key beach area in Florida… So they’re not a builder, but each of their homes were built by one and you can find out from them which one built the one you’re interested in and then contact them if they’re still in business, as at least two of their homes are from builders that are no longer around but the rest should still be available and they got a new builder for at least this Lifeguard style design…

If it’s a RVIA certified builder then they probably qualify for a RV loan financing option and there are some companies starting to offer financial options in at least some parts of the country that may be a option depending where you’re located…
