Very nice design especially on the outside and using 3 pontoons.
Nice wood design, use and ease of building while looking
    great.
As a boat designer one thing concerns me is no rear door to deal with docking, motor, dinghy, etc.
It is simple to fix, just put one in.

Nice – A house prepared to exploit animals.

Our forefathers, and the Natives before them “exploited” fish for survival. We still catch and eat them. In fact, I “exploit” them every summer at Nags Head Pier where the restaurant cooks what I catch and adds hushpuppies and slaw to it. Let’s be real. Animals eat the veggies, we eat the animals. I am sure the boat is for more than fishing. It is a fantastic tiny house, and spending time on water is sooo relaxing and healing. I love this house boat. . .and fish.

Is all super good, discreetly artistic etc… but I would have made a wanderer in the back, and a walkway aroud, ( to turn around in the event of a “possible pursuit”(?)….Joking aside, it would be better on all four sides.

It must be just for summer use. I cannot imagine either living in this, or trying to navigate in it, during cold weather or rain and snow.
