Lake Riley Estates, WA: Tiny House Lots for Sale

Although tiny houses on wheels have become the “poster homes” of the tiny house movement, many people prefer a micro footprint on land with a foundation.

That’s where Lake Riley Estates near Arlington, Washington comes in. They have six private one-acre lots available for sale (the seventh is reserved) and allow permanent dwelling in tiny foundation homes. If you don’t like that, you could keep a tiny house on wheels on the property, but you’re only permitted to live in it for 180 days out of the year.

For more information about the spot, contact Tasha at 425.346.1543 or [email protected].

The prices on these WA lots are outrageous. Seems to me this goes against everything the Tiny House movement represents.
