Someone is going to get a nice home for a nice price.

I like the two doors; some tiny houses have an egress window for emergencies, but a door is easier to use, especially for us older folks.

What is the checkerboard material on the bathroom window sill? Is this a plastic contact paper? Are the windows flashed?

Is it plumbed like an RV? What keeps pipes from freezing? Why selling?

We are some cynical people! If it’s priced too high folks complain, if it’s too low then folks are skeptical! The orbs are somewhat concerning but nothing a cleansing can’t fix. It’s a really nice house.

So….are the orbs extra, or do they come with the place? 🙂 They look like reflections from the beautiful shiny wood on the walls, or other natural phenomena. Those spots often appear in pictures when the lense needs a little cleaning. I don’t think there are ghosts…but the house is hauntingly beautiful. Very lovely, and I love the way they put the heater in the little nook over the tongue. It’s all very nice for a great price!

Hi Kerry, I am interested in your property. Can you tell me more about the electricity and water supply. What would be the rent for that place? Do I have to move the tiny house to a new location after I buy? Can I extend my lease or rent in that same lot?
In the winter how is the heating managed? What are the costs associated? Are there any taxes to be paid on it?

I love this. Cozy, cute, and perfect for a senior. Finally. If I weren’t already living in my dream house, I’d be there in a minute.

    I private messaged you.
I suppose you get a lot of emails.
    It looks beautiful.

I wish I could afford the place and move it. But it is so far away.

Not bad, but can’t really get an idea of the inside layout. I’d definitely paint the outside of that door with a color more pleasing. And you’d have a ton of stuff to pack away before it was ever moved.

I am interested. Is it still available?

I was going to ask the same thing. Where is the toilet?

Nice place but would like to see more photos to show it properly especially for selling.
