Love this tiny house. Neat, clean. Love the color scheme. Just the right amount of windows. Great use of space. Yep, I could certainly live in this one!

Another very nicely done mini-home. Well laid out, nice choice of colors, nice staircase with a rail. Couldn’t tell for sure if that is a portable stove next to the kitchen sink, I see a microwave. I like the comfortable and inviting living room area. Looks like an easy pull behind the pickup. Very livable feel without being closed in.
It would be nice to see stats each time a new home is shown. Length, width, height especially.

Yes, Richard, I believe it’s a portable cooktop–looks like induction. The eighth pic down has a better view of the sink and the cooktop.

Very nice! The couch, even though built-in, looks like a couch, and looks comfortable; some TH couches look more like benches with foam padding. If I were younger, I could probably handle the bench style, but I’m not and I can’t–my back would go on strike.

Didn’t see a washer/dryer, but there’s not a really good photo of the bathroom, so I’ll assume it’s there. As others have said, the layout is great, the “feel” of the home is great. And for me, the gray exterior is also great (I know, I should use a thesaurus…) because it reminds me of the gray shingles on the house I grew up in.

This is definitely one of my favorite THoWs. Everything from the manner in which the space is used to the choice of furniture is spot on! Putting a set of stairs in there rather than a ladder is the cherry on top! Well done indeed!

Love it! Nice stairs with tread and railing. Usually the stairs are scary looking to me, but not this one. Very nice all around!

Love it! The nook in the bathroom over the trailer hitch is pure genius for finding that tiny bit of extra space. Very functional and comfy layout 🙂 get pretty home.

Useful, practical, pretty and good layout. Except for the stairs, loads of wasted space. If she had made them with storage possibilities, she wouldn’t have needed the rolling cart in front of them.

There is storage under the stairs for the solar stuff.

Why didn’t they put a sink in the bathroom where the nook is? I would have put in an RV flush toilet. Like to know where she got the couch or did she make it.

I saw that nook too, it looks odd. Some shelving and a sink would have worked well, in my opinion.

Wanted all the plumbing together, shower and kitchen sink are on either side of the wall. Originally planned to have a sink there, but decided it was not needed, the kitchen sink is close and has two bowls. It now has a composting toilet instead of the camping toilet.

Who was the builder of this house? What is the size?

8.5 X 20, builder was an Amish man.

too big. I get that she wanted something to visit family in, but this seems far too large for that. I personally would have scaled way back. this reads more “retirement village” than vacationing grandparent.

It is not meant to be either. It is a place to stay when I need to spend the night if the weather is bad or I am too tired to drive home after babysitting all day. Neither of my daughters has a place for me to stay in their homes and it is nice to get away from all the commotion of the grandkids and get a good nights sleep.

Nice but that microwave cart has got to go. Shows there simply isn’t enough room here. My thow would have removable panels underneath (not wood) where with removing some screws I can get access to everything up yo finish floor. Anyone using wood joists must be pressure treated. But I don’t advocate using any wood below finish floor.

Yes, it was hard to plan a place for the microwave. My builder made some decisions without me on some things and that was one of them.

Beautiful job…! I love the shower curtains with the little dragonflies ties the whole story into a nice pretty bow… Well planned I would think, and great suburban color scheme so it blends in to almost any neighborhood… Keeps the neighbors from complaining to the building inspector I would think… I like the stairs with long treads making the climb all the more easy… Great Job, through and through, I can’t think of a thing I would have changed….!
