Very warn and cozy. one thing I’d change would be the stack able washer and dryer set up and replace it with the all in one front washer and dryer instead. that way You could have a closet in the place were the dryer was..Closet shown seems to be a little too small.. and another one added would be more beneficial..

Good ideas for your own build 🙂 I confess, after trying to use the worst washer-dryer combo in history, I long for a stackable! — Tiny House Talk Team

Very nice overall and I love the wood stove. The stairs are better than most but I would have a railing of substantial ruggedness in case someone had a balance problem. A fall could a real setback for anyone, The price shows what inflation has done to us, in 1970 I bought my first home for less than half that price in San Jose, California no less.

@Dominick, I think I’d take the stackable washer and dryer over the combo. Here’s why: “I don’t currently recommend any of the combos that are available in North America. They have too many technical problems. There are some great compact pairs though!” That’s from Abel Zimmerman Zyl, the builder of Zyl Vardos. It carries a lot of weight with me, coming from a TH builder. The post is here: https://tinyhousetalk.com/ampersand-tiny-house-by-zyl-vardos/

I second that. I have on and it’s extremely inefficient. You can fit a decent load in, but it takes 3 or more dry cycles to fully dry just two pairs of jeans! I end up hanging things on the radiators instead. — Tiny House Talk Team

This one is perfect too. Best peace the fire place. Thanks for putting down the price on it. Live the washer n dryer stacking too.

Lovely! Looks like everything is in it’s place here. Could use a railing for those stairs. But hey, great all around. Kudos

The stairs give me an idea where you could build all your appliances into them. Stacked W/D, fridge, micro above dishwasher, wine/beverage cooler, etc.. Then have the stove and large sink opposite in counter. This would allow for many cabinets on the sink side.

I love it! I don’t crave a tub like some (more to clean😄) but that little round sink is adorable😍. All in all a great little house.

Yay! This woman hangs her clothes up! She uses things and actually sits and probably eats too. Nice bathroom. Washer and dryer for washing clothes before hanging them up! This one seems a bit more realistic to me.
