Only cuz I was asked for my opinion, will I give it. I suppose for this asking price, it is worth it beings the land is involved, etc. However, I surely would not label it as a cute little dollhouse. The bathroom, bath tile, bathtub, all windows & ceiling fans are in a bad way. Needs some serious overhauling. Thank you!

not bad because it in includes a lot and isn’t too far from Dallas TX.

Together with the lot is an awesome deal, considering how hard it is to find a place to park your Tiny House today if you have one built….!

Clean off the roof. You could damage it.

Yeah seems like fair price and slowly over time clean it up and redecorate , I agree!

I agree with many of the comments above—it needs work. But one cannot call this wheelchair friendly just because it has a ramp. The bathroom, especially, does not have the maneuverability needed for a wheelchair nor does the bedroom. Plus, how does one get in and out of a tub if one is in a wheelchair? “Wheelchair friendly” implies ADA compliant, and it isn’t even close.

I find the green paint a little much…!

Good news is paint color is a fairly easy fix 🙂

Thanks so much for including all of these handicapped accessible tiny homes. I had side effects from chemotherapy for colon cancer. My legs are crappy. People never seem to get when you’re in a wheelchair that access IN is important, but so is being able to reach countertops, storage, etc. as someone has already mentioned. So thanks much!
