The half day workshop focuses on communities and city zoning with Lina Menard of Niche Consulting and Lee Pera of Boneyard Studios together with Vina Lustado of Sol Haus Design. You will learn about models being used to form communities, how to look for land, how to consider zoning, how to work with neighbors, and how to work with city officials to create a responsible tiny house community.
