    In RI, that would be an enormous amount of money for a two bed home. Here in Rhode Island, we have homes that are two beds, one bath, built in the 1700s, with three fireplaces for under $100K. Seems like other people feel the same way but I suppose the market is the market wherever you are!

    I can’t help but think “institutional” when I see the concrete block on the inside…I’d want to plaster over that or something.
