Very nicely done. Your price is very reasonable too. Hopefully things turn around for you to keep your Tiny home or get what you need out of it.

    Rusted corrugated steel (iron?) siding?

    Why. Would. You. Do. That?

    Insane.

Your trying to make a lot of money off of that shell. Including trailer and materials, you have no more than $3500 in materials. I build houses. I’m a plumber, electrician, and carpenter. Maybe slightly more than $3500, but not much. I’m gonna start my own business building tiny houses. I’ll send pics once I complete one. Then you’ll see just how cheaply one can be built with high-end materials. I’m not putting this place down, its just too high priced to not be finished. Plus the rusted tin is ugly. A new sheet of that style tin runs about $12 where I live. So, why put something bad on there in the first place. This makes me wonder what else could be in this place that really shouldn’t be.

Great Job….! I love it when I see and hear stories of this kind…! It’s always great when you here how someone has beat the high cost of living by building their own house and for next to nothing….!
