Crazy place to put a tiny house. What happens when that rock ledge breaks away from the hill. There goes a nice little cabin and anyone in it. I wouldn’t sit under that ledge either. Cute cabin though.
It actually has been there for centuries, the cabin was originally built in 1798 as part of a homestead that overlooked a valley of small farms that have been there for generations… So it’s actually very stable and not likely to be going anywhere anytime soon…
The present owners discovered it a little over 25 years ago and after ten years of persuasion they finally convinced the original family heirs to sell it to them and now they’ve put it on AirBNB…

It is gorgeous though. . .

It’s a cool location, beautiful geology, but I would have preferred it without the cabin. However, if I get beyond that, I wonder if there’s some way they could make the porta-potty more appealing. The cabin itself is very pleasant, the deck is appealing, but the toilet—yuck.
I think this place looks awesome and unique! I would love to stay there.
