THAT is a lovely tiny home. And despite the fact that I know I don’t want to do a ladder at my age, I’d sure be tempted to try and make it work for this home. Nice job!

To tiny home builders: ladders to the loft turn me off completely. Build a stairway. Otherwise it’s just a playhouse for kids as far as I’m concerned. And no, I’m not old. I’m 24. I just don’t fancy clambering down a ladder in the dark at 3 am to take a pee. Just saying.

Yes, Sparrow. This was a custom-build, and I’m certain Incredible Tiny Homes would love to create your custom Tiny ladder-free 🙂 — Tiny House Talk Team

This is nice, a beautiful space. I noticed you have left some room for the new owners to make little changes if they want. And there is room in the kitchen for off grid propane stove and a space for a fridge. Once again, very nice

Very nice tiny house and at a very attractive price for a change..! I could see these in pocket communities all over the country… From it’s great exterior appearance, to it’s fine warm comforting and inviting interior… And at a price that most folks could afford easily… This is the true essence of tiny house living……!

After dreaming for four yrs I’m am ready this spring to go for it. I love this Tiny. I really could build myself, but……I have a son that’s a RV Tech. And I’ve done a lot of planning. Not wanting to spend this much but would be willing to. I want to stay at the 20-24 foot. And I will need to add Solar. I know I could look, where is your business. I’m headed up to cold country in Driggs Id. Thank You. Teresa, Old Lady that loves Tiny.

Lovely craftsmanship but for me, take away the wheels, add about ten more feet in each direction and give me a bedroom that I can stand up in and I’m sold.

I think there is a fairly large part of our population who would find this tiny house
fun & feasible if more attention were paid to planning them with beds that did not require crawling up & down a ladder. Just that one feature rules out most of the
tiny houses available….& probably there are more seniors who could & would buy them if affordable than any other age group. They would be suitable & attractive.
Builders, wish you’d think about it!! Faith
