This is the cutest little house! I love the exterior finish and the roofline, and the interior is very nicely done. I am going to be honest, though, and say that it needs some white paint. White walls and trim would make it look like a whole different and more spacious house. Leave the ceiling, floor, and stairs like they are (except get rid of the carpet on that one and put wood like the other stairs), and the kitchen counter is nice, too, but the kitchen cabinets need to be white like the walls. There is just something 1950ish about the current colors and stain combo, and colors have everything to do with how we perceive things and may hold back a potential buyer from seeing the “real” cuteness and appeal of this house. Yes, I am probably being too open here, but I am almost 70 now and have learned a lot about people and what makes them take a second look. As always, you can take it or leave it. I do like this house, though, and wish you the best on selling it.
