I’m so impressed by this guy. First of all major points for being Dutch! He has so many creative touches he has added, small ones as well as larger ones. Well thought out, creative craftsman! Love even the smallest details, like being able to clip the hanging lamp in the living room area to the other side. Way to go!!!!

It’s that kind of stuff that makes me think, “Why am I not this clever??”

Sooo cool! Lots of amazing ideas. Would like to know more about the burned wood process. Where can I get more info? Thanks!

We need to consider the effectiveness of this hosing typology, that is currently very fashionable, which has a fundamental and benefical educational function with regard to the bad human habit of accumulating unnecessary things for our happiness, putting an objective brake helps us to see beyond the limits of bad habits to optimize the choice of these homes, I think we need to find an ideal size for good confort life.

Beautiful build ! This one just oozes with practicality, functionality, & a definite slant towards conservation. I did like the sleeping area. How about a height adjustable deck above it to allow full standing room? How about the aforementioned with a secondary deck where the work station goes as close to the ceiling as possible & the secondary deck makes for a bunk bed setup? I like how different builds we are lucky enough to see posted here get my brain gears churning. Thanks again for posting this & all the others 🙂

I watched the video and liked the fact his website ‘offers how-to videos’ for the DIY. The website may answer the other question on Japanese wood preservation. I noticed the variation on ‘sink water to flush toilet’. I am curious on ‘weight distribution’ with the main load toward the tongue end and could that be a little problem? Never did catch the length, width, or weight. Looks small enough for a half-ton truck.
I also like the idea someone had to ‘float the floor’ for sleep and seating area. One could even swap the table for a folding or drop table with chairs to hang on the wall.

Yes that’s a very clever idea! So many awesome things you can do with a tiny house!
