Fully-Renovated Fifth Wheel RV For Sale in GA: $26k (Sold)

This post contains affiliate links.

This is a fully-renovated fifth-wheel RV for sale in Sugar Hill, Georgia for sale for $26,000 (sold). While the owners bought it and overhauled it with the intention of living in it full-time, they had trouble finding an affordable full-time parking opportunity (one of the toughest parts of tiny living!) and are now selling.

That said, it would make an awesome tiny house for a couple or small family, especially for one interested in full-time travel. RVs are built to be frequently towed around and are usually lighter than their tiny house counterparts.

The inside got a major facelift, with all the dark trim painted, extra cabinets removed to create visual space, and new furniture added to make it feel like home. Take a look at the photo tour below.

I love what you have done with this RV. It is absolutely the best Renovation I have ever seen. It looks so comfortable and homey something I may like to finish out life. So where are you guys located, that should have been my first question. This can run off electricity and well water right? Get back with me as to your location and we will go from there.

Natalie, I am an older retired lady with kids all around (well, almost) the country. If I had the wherewithal I would buy this in a heartbeat! Restroom and sleeping together on the same floor, no ladders…perfect for us old folks!

You and your husband did a fantastic job!

Wow! They did an amazing job! It really sucks that they couldn’t find a place to park it full time. I guess that the moral of the story is to do serious research on where and how much it costs for long-term parking of tiny houses/RVs before investing in a pricey renovation. In this case, I would have tried to find a little piece of land to buy just because I wouldn’t want to part with this gem after putting in all of the hard work.

They will have no problems selling this beauty, I guarantee it.

I guess you need to be flexible when int comes to location. But best is to check it out before building.
Although it isn’t my style I like what they have done a lot. It shows that color changes away from the terrible brown helps to widen space at least optically.

Ya those browns were so dingy!

so beautiful! They put a lot of love into this renovation a pity they have to sell.
I could live in something like this, but again, where to park it?

Ya that’s such a hard part of all this. My recommendation would be to reach out on local Facebook groups — particularly any that revolve around farming or homesteading. Sometimes those people have extra land that’s not being used for animals/crops.
