From 2,200 Sq. Ft. to 30 Ft. Beverly the Bus!

Ryan lived in a 2,200 square foot home with some 20 years of piled-up possessions, when he decided that was silly and sold almost all he had to live in his renovated bus, now named Beverly.

He’s a carpenter and lives in a stationary spot in Northern California, in his breathtaking bus with the most amazing shower you’ve ever seen! It’s about the size of a standard shower stall, but it has a skylight, plexiglass window with outdoor views, and a rainfall shower head. Wow!

Ryan also prioritized a functional kitchen since he enjoys cooking, and between his propane cooktop and air fryer, he can cook or bake just about anything (for one). You can follow him on Instagram here, but be sure to watch Tiny Home Tours video tour of his rig at the end of the post.

This is amazingly well done. I don’t know how much he invested cost wise but this man has great taste. Seriously its great to see a man who has figured it out before he is 60 and falling apart….good job, well done!

Beautiful home. I really like all the woodwork in it. And that shower is a spa in itself. I was surprised that there was no microwave which leads me to believe he must be a good cook. The only thing I found odd is that he never mentioned his dog. Does it have a space of its own in the bus? I feel that you can tell a lot about a person by the way they treat their animals. The video was perfectly done as we got to see a lot of little details we might have missed.

He did mentioned his dog and grand kids when he references his Instagram page towards the end of the video… Looks like he shares everything, dog sleeps on his bed, etc.

Beautiful craftsmanship, love the lighting. The deck is awesome. The best conversion I have seen.
