Generally speaking, I like the style of the house.
I would skip the loft and put a lift up bed above the living area.
The space of the steps can be used for the dining area and there would be space for a working desk.
The water heater above the washer/dryer is fine but it should be hidden. To avoid steps I would install a complete double floor for storage where it belongs when moving.
Roof shape should be streamlined for less wind resistance when on the road. Best would be a gable roof with first across driving direction.
Finally the price tag is quite high.

Really pretty. . . Just kind of flows from one area to the other. Kitchen is beautiful and very functional. Nice home 🙂

Beautiful.. so long as somebody else is coughing up the $100000. That’s just completely unwarranted as far as I’m concerned.
