It didn’t day in the captions, but the bed in the downstairs bedroom must be the hydraulic bed, and that’s how you access the bottom drawers of that little dresser. 😉

Serendipity? I’m floored! This is gorgeous…Wowzah! I’m shopping right now on Connox for this exact look for my Modern Country FarmHouse Cottage on Wheels….But this: This is a beautiful Scandinavian Farm Castle! My eyes are a’popping and my jaw is on the floor! Just Marvelous! Nuff said!

Can you please give me an approximate cost of this unit.

With that kind of Expert Craftmanship it’s probably around $1500 a SQ FT…add in the Scandinavian furnishings and I would say between 600,000 and 750,000 Dollars US that’s my guess….anymore guesstimates?

Oh, BTW Bravo Tru Form Tiny Houses….I’ve dropped the mic and I’m out…No more words from me or are any needed….Just BRAVO!

So I’ve been doin’ some lookin’ about the math side of things…I can’t or won’t say any more about the design side as I have no more words…
A Payette model from Tru Form Tiny Houses start at $79,900….but Tru Form has so many architectural add-ons and custom work options it makes one’s head spin and their mouths drool….(mine did…lol)
So I’m standing firm on my guestimate….any more takers?
Oh, Tru Form said they would give you one if you guess right….kidding, jeez…lol

Costs can certainly snowball, about just previous to this build they did a 374-square-foot Urban style Payette, which the homeowner worked with their designer and ended up spending more than $30,000 on furniture and finishing touches to produce a modern bohemian style home… Along with other things they opted for and all in it came to just over $200K…

However, I would put the price of this one below that one…

I will say one last thing then I’m gonna shut up….
I’m “borrowing” some of the design ideas and purchasing some of the same furniture I just saw on Connox.
I sure am in the Twilight Zone today.
No, it’s purely Serendipital! (That’s my word, leave me alone….lol)
    Bye!

Lovely tiny house. The white color plus natural wood design makes it light and happy. My comments/questions follow, and I would be grateful for serious answers from experienced readers:
    1. The bed has only a few inches on one side (the side viewable in the photo). Is that bed hell to make/change sheets or not? In my experience of 72 years, a bed without at least 12 inches of free walkable space on each side is hell to make.
    2. The combo washer/dryer: does it work satisfactorily or not? Friends of mine had one in their apartment in HongKong, and they absolutely HATED it, saying that the full cycle took forever and the newly washed things never came out dry. Has anyone had real experience with these machines?
    Your experienced comments please.
These comments/questions are respectfully submitted. Stephan of Arkansas
