Am I the only one who is wondering about what engineering is needed to install a working plumbing system for a tree house?
Not really much in Florida. It never freezes. the sand absorbs everything so a septic is standard and simple. The pipes in the house are the same in any new construction, PVC, PEX and so on. Electrical is the same with a conduit on the tree or post. All that is needed is to allow for flex and compression which are accomplished by flex pipe in a small section. Remember to check local and IRC codes. There it is.

27 steps are too many if you have a walker, rollator or wheel chair, but it is beautiful.
I am with you, Maggie! A cute little treehouse elevator would solve that problem; I have a prosthetic leg and bending at the ankle is tricky. Steps are not my friend! But if I never have to come down then I would be happy there! 😉
