Fantastic! You are sooooo smart to do this. Congratulations on such a well-planned and wonderfully executed design. It’s brilliant. I’m jealous, and I actually live in my tiny dream house. lol I hardly ever see a house I like as well as my own. I’m not planning on traveling to your part of the world again, but if I did, I’d definitely want to stay here. Best wishes!

5 pontoons may not be enough judging from the waterline.
They need to float 3x the boat weight and have multiple compartments so if a couple fill, it won’t sink or capsize the boat.
Also don’t use round pontoons as they lose bouyancy fast once past the half way point.
Living on the water can be great low cost in some of the bestmplsces in the world including many downtowns but you need to do it right.
By living on my boat mosy of my life I only needed to work 10 hrs a week giving me much time to enjoymlife, build cool things for fun and profit and work like delivering sailboats to the islands.
All possible as my costs were so low, similar to th living.

I love the water, and every time I see something on House boats I have to stop everything and take a look.. You can not get a more peaceful night’s sleep after sleeping out on the water the gentle breezes that rock you to sleep at night and the fresh clean air from up off the water is so inviting… I would do almost anything to live upon the water again, If I were offered even an even trade for my house for a house boat I would jump on it in a Miami heart beat of a moment no matter how bad I think…! I mean as long as it floats were in business….!
