Family of Four’s Off-Grid Tiny House

This post contains affiliate links.

Meet the Fontanillas. They are a family of 4 (baby on the way) living in a 360-sq.-ft. tiny home.

They designed and built their tiny home themselves over 2 years time out of Maui, Hawaii. It’s completely off-grid with a DIY rainwater catch system, solar panels, and waterless composting toilet. How do you like it? Take the tour below and let us know what you think in the comments below. Enjoy!

Very nice, seems roomy and light. Really nice setting too!
I like the head room you have in the bedroom loft.

Nice house and yard. Being able to go off grid can save you a lot of money. No wells to drill or septics to construct. demonstrates what people can do when they turn off the t.v. and focus.
