This is to let you know about this Minnesota Tiny House vacation experience hosted by Kim on Airbnb. The tiny house is located right on Minnesota Lakeshore out of Faribault, Minnesota.
It’s a 267-sq.-ft. home on wheels, parked with an oversized deck, all overlooking the lake which you can kayak on if you want to. Did you know, this THOW was featured on Tiny House Nation back in 2015, it’s on Season 1, Episode 8, according to the Airbnb listing? You can probably watch the episode on Amazon.
The family that owns it lived in it for 4-and-a-half-years, but once their kids grew up, they decided to have more space. So now they share their tiny house with the community as a vacation rental experience. How cool is that?
267-sq.-ft. Family-friendly Tiny House Vacation in Minnesota (Lakefront!)
This tiny house served as home for the family for 4.5 years.
But once their kids grew, they decided more space would be better.
The good news is, they still kept their tiny house!
And now they offer their unique 267-sq.-ft. tiny house experience with us.
This was their family tiny home.
And now you can experience it too, if you so like.
There are two cozy sleeping lofts.
With windows and custom-lighting.
There’s even a catwalk so you can get to and from each of the lofts from upstairs.
The living area is cozy and is also the dining area and study.
The exterior of this tiny house is so charming. I love that it has a cabin-look to it.
The deck is oversized and overlooks the water directly.
There’s an option for everyone here.
You can sit and relax, enjoy the scenery.
Or you can take a more active approach, if you wish.
Either way, I think you’re good here.
A beautiful tiny house with a wonderful scenery, what more could one ask?
In the evening it’s just a nice.
A nice place to stargaze and enjoy the reflection of the moon right on the lake.
What would be your favorite part from being here and why?
A sunny day with some clouds.
Fire pit to keep warm.
On a snowy day.

Very nice, I could easily live in something like this. I just need a separate shed for my hobbies or better yet a small garage. I hate shoveling snow off the windshield of my Silverado. Plus storage for my Royal Enfield Himalayan.
I love the rustic look and cozy feel of this one. I can’t remember that episode of “Tiny House Nation” but I will be sure to look it up as I definitely want to see more of this one, I can see me here.
It was nice to see such a good view from you. I’m in MN. I have been following Tiny homes for a few years. If you go at the tight times. You could see Jesse James Days, if they can still do that. It’s a new and historic area. Like the home. I’ll mention to others also. If not myself. Thanks
I could so see myself in this cozy cabin-like tiny home!!! Of all the ones I’ve seen so far — this one is the best!!! Can you tell me who built this one?
Hi Laura, this was built by the show “Tiny House Nation.”
