Same… but how effing much? Mind you, I’m now not allowed to drive so it’s moot. <>

Click the link to the Marketplace Listing and you’ll see the present sales price. It’s gone down from the original price mentioned in the article here…

Ah, the old greater fool trick. I think that most people would look at it and say Nope too much and walk away from it. Why not price it realistically in the first place and make more sales rather than higher price and no/less sales? To me, that makes more sense. And YMMV.

I’m in two minds about the steps on safety grounds. Wool, all very nice until you slip on the carpet. And, it happens more often than you’d expect. Sometimes with tragic consequences.

Realistic is relative, this being Oregon and not one of the lower cost states, and it being an AirBNB, which means they’re selling it like you would a business and its potential to provide revenue income…

Again, it doesn’t seem very well thought out. Things that should be put in the kitchen are under the stairs in the living room. really? Shag carpet in the loft? Who is dragging a vacuum cleaner up there to clean that?

Um, far as I can see there’s nothing under the stairs that should be in a kitchen. Just clothing closet, furnace, etc. There’s no kitchen appliance or anything else like that there.

While yes, if people don’t want to crawl on a hard floor in the loft then that’s one of the things they can do… Everything has trade offs but also reasons why people choose them… However, you can just take it downstairs to clean it, as it isn’t fastened down and can be moved. Only the stairs would have that issue.
