You’ll find a 1,500-gallon rainwater collection tank that provides drinking and shower water, a solar system to provide power, and more. That’s an interesting home. I don’t care for the sink in the corner where I can’t be directly in front of both sides, but I like everything else just fine. Open, spacious, and no loft to have to crawl around in. : )

I love it except I have to have dark to sleep in, so I would need a walled bed room with no window or massive room darkening shades . Because I sleep late! I couldn’t live in this space but would love to ABnB here!
Lovely little house. Does the 1,500 gallon rainwater catchment tank provide adequate water for the residents? What is the average annual rainfall in that part of Texas? These questions are respectfully asked. Stephan of Arkansas
I like the design, love the rooftop seating, and the location seems interesting but the use of C grade plywood for interior paneling, and installing it in both a vertical and a horizontal orientation, looks very, very cheap. If I had a carpenter working for me that did such they would not have a job the following day.
I also agree with an earlier poster that the sink in the corner is not optimal.
