Custom Noyer V4 with All the Amenities by Minimaliste

When an engineer with a love of boating approached Minimaliste to create a custom Noyer for him, he had a lot of ideas regarding what he wanted, and the end result is a gorgeous top-of-the-line tiny with all the amenities.

Trash compactor? Check. Washer AND dryer? Check. “Smart” toilet? Check. You’ll also find a dishwasher, 7 foot-long drawers, and one of the niftiest showers ever in this 10×32 tiny house on wheels.

While not all of us would need the extras in this home (I’m not sure I even want a remote-control toilet), it’s cool to see a design that makes it all happen! Check out the video tour from Minimaliste below.

Very nicely designed little home with lovely accents and maximization of space.

I’d love to hear from the owner after having lived in a few months to a year to see what they might do differently – like mount the microwave/range hood lower for effectiveness and usability or use a combination washer/dryer for additional storage space in the bathroom and forgo the expensive ‘smart’ loo.

Given all the customisations and amenities and no mention of price I’m assuming this home is quite pricey.

Yes I’m going to guess it was. But I’m sure one with fewer specialty items would be more reasonable price-wise.

For prices you have to go to their site, all prices are in Cnd dollars, so it will be cheaper for a US buyers, if you pick it up yourself when the borders are hopely reopened after covid19.

@Claude – This one is already going to the owner in North Carolina… The travel restrictions are only against non-essential travel and to prevent travel from hot spot areas in the world through Canada and into the US but it doesn’t stop all travel… If you’re on business, going to adhere to 14 day self isolation or going to stay with family for more than 15 days, have no signs of infections or reasons to believe you will then travel is still possible…

What a gorgeous, well-designed and luxurious tiny house! Way more luxury than I need, but I absolutely love the design! Way out of my price range, but if it were not, this would certainly be one of the homes I would look at seriously! Well done!

Nicely done and must be nice to have his budget! The microwave is so high many would need a stool especially if lifting a heavy casserole – how much headroom once a mattress is in the loft? Finishes and appliances are nice.

Same here though I’d have to use an actual ladder in this case. 🤭
