This is the latest from Tiny Idahomes: A Custom Clear Creek 16′ Tiny House on Wheels.

Tinies of this length can’t fit much, but Tiny Idahomes did a great job including everything that their customer wanted — even a custom corner bookshelf that reaches from floor to ceiling. It has a storage staircase that leads to the loft bedroom, a kitchen complete with fridge and induction cooktop, and a tiny bathroom with composting toilet.

Be sure to take the video tour below for all the details. Enjoy!

I love the THOWs that are 20′ and under; especially if they are fully loaded and off-grid! Every inch has to be well planned so all the basics are there, plus things like storage. This is a really nice build. I totally love the vaulted roof line inside; gives that airy feeling; added to windows or skylights and the whole place feels so much bigger than what it is. Smaller builds like this don’t require big, heavy trucks to pull them, and are easier to find a place to park. They are good for singles or share with a special friend. They are good things!

I have now seen 2 16′ builds that have amazing interiors for all their tininess, and this is one of them. A surprising amount of storage here! I love the barrel vaulted ceiling that seems to allow so much more headroom in the loft. The kitchen only lacks an oven, which can be managed with a Breville convection oven on the counter or in one of the storage areas in the fridge wall under the stairs. I think I would consider asking for a 2′ deep hanging and folding clothes open closet at the edge of the loft, not only for storage and safety, but for privacy in such tiny spaces. Nice build! Bravo!

That’s a lot of house for such a small space. Really nice.
