This one’s TOO tiny for me, but the interior layout is great!

This is really nice. Good balance between light and dark materials. I would probably make the “dining” table a little less tall and add one more bookcase at the other side of the couch area. But that is just a personal choice.

      It’s in the link, quote…

      “Currituck is $69,000 as shown
The Point Model Starts at $64,000”

I am pretty impressed with the space I feel in its floor plan even though its only 20’! There’s no oven but there’s open shelves for a Breville Convection oven, which is more than enough for my needs. That and a couple of movable induction plates and I am set. I personally like a bigger fridge, like an apartment size, but there’s room for that. I build dollhouse miniatures, so hmmm, I would add 6” deep cabinets on the wall under the desk/eating counterfor my supplies. He closet is greatto have, but I would go to a Full size bed and put up an open hanging rod along one wall in the loft…..and some open cubbies for folded clothes instead of the (really nice and airy) safety rail. Did I just redesign this already great little house? Let’s go for broke. How about extending the bottom step over to the side of that great sofa, and have a flip up lid for more of my supplies? Well, OK, so last but not least, I would add 2” and build a bigger “basement” for off grid stuff -inverter, batteries, on demand hot water unit, etc. Despite all my PERSONAL wishes, I do really like this tiny house!!
